Never having used a computer before, with alex's help I've taken to it like a " duck to water ". Everything is easy with alex. The setting-up instructions were clear and concise, and I've had no difficulties with the system. Keeping in touch with loved ones in far away places, is wonderfully easy. The amount of " stuff " on the Web is mind-boggling. It would be possible to spend more than a month, of 24 hours a day , looking at it and still be over-whelmed by the sheer scale of it !
